Rob has been in the health and fitness industry for over ten years, running his own
successful PT business in the Adelaide CBD, and coaching and competing in CrossFit for the
past five years.
Rob’s vast knowledge and experience has made him a sought after trainer, from both
individuals who want to drop weight and become more active, to professional athletes
wanting to improve strength and conditioning specific to their sport.
Rob’s dedication to his clients, along with his mentorship to the younger generation of PTs,
was recognised when Rob was awarded National Goodlife PT of the year in 2016/17.
Rob is passionate about the health and fitness industry. He is always researching new ways
to help his clients and he will finish a B.Sc of Human Movement (Exercise Sports Science) in
Rob’s goal as a strength & fitness coach is to help develop and inspire long term lifestyle
changes through movement and quality nutrition, whilst at the same time creating an
environment where training and nutrition can be a fun.

Rob grew up in a small country town where sport was a way of life. From a young age
playing Aussie Rules football, basketball, competitive swimming, cricket and athletics
became a weekly routine. After moving to Adelaide, Rob continued to play football at a high
State level. Having a passion for sports and performance, it made sense to follow the career
of becoming a Trainer/Coach.
Since joining CrossFit Adelaide, under the guidance of Ben Norman, Rob has entered many
State and national CrossFit competitions, leading to multiple individual and team podium
In addition to the gym, most weekends you will find Rob undertaking some sort of outdoor
activity so as to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
