CrossFit Adelaide offers 100% individualised training online training plans, these plans are completely tailored to the goals and needs of the individual – we work with you 1-1 monitoring results and giving regular feedback. Online coaching is suitable for both onsite clients at CrossFit Adelaide and also those training remotely – for those not training onsite there is an initial video assessment to allow your trainer to gauge your current level. Before commencing any personalised plan your trainer will also have an initial consultation (either in person or via Skype / email) to discuss your goals and make sure they can best help you achieve them.
Our training plans are delivered via The FitBot which allows easy communication between the coach and client, training plans can be accessed easily on the go by downloading the FitBot app, training plans also include demo videos of the movements and allows clients to easily upload their results and videos of their training session.
Online training is ideal for people with a home gym setup or access to a gym and are looking to take the confusion and thinking out of training – your training plan is written by someone with nearly 10 years experience working with individuals, all you have to do is get into the gym and do it!.

Online coaching is $35 p. week (minimum 4 week blocks) and can be purchased via our online store.
